Our Service is powered by WhatsApp's infrastructure. You agree to comply with all applicable WhatsApp Business Policies, Commerce Policies, and Community Guidelines. Any violation of WhatsApp's policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
You acknowledge that WA Bulk SMS is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
All fees for our Service are payable in advance in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with 30 days' notice.
In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. You are responsible for all applicable taxes in connection with your use of the Service.
Refunds are considered under the following conditions only: (a) technical failure on our end preventing service delivery; (b) double billing or incorrect charges. No refunds will be issued for unused message credits, partial month usage, or services that have been delivered as described.
All content, features, and functionality of our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of WA Bulk SMS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WA Bulk SMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WA Bulk SMS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
